- Query Text:
I am looking for three sisters Bonnevier who migrated from Sweden in 1880-1886: 1. Wilhelmina Charlotta Bonnevier born 3 March 1861 in Ingatorp parish, Sweden. She probably went from Gothenburg, Sweden to Chicago 26 Nov. 1886. She might have been married to a man called Carl Lundgren, 294 Orleans Street, flat D, Chicago. Did they get any children? When did Wilhelmina die? 2. Anna Henrietta Bonnevier born 20 Oct. 1862, also in Ingatorp parish. Went from Gothenburg, Sweden to Chicago 14 May 1880. Could have been married to someone called Swanberg (or similar). 3. Clara Catharina Bonnevier born 9 Nov. 1864, Ingatorp parish. She is said to have died from home sickness in 1892. The sisters had a cousin in Chicago, Ida Bonnivier (different spelling!) married to Axel Fabian Holmstrom, cabinet maker. They got married in St. Ansgarius Episcopal Church in 1875. The sisters might have some connection to the same church. When the sisters´father, Gustaf Oscar Bonnevier, died in 1906 the family in Sweden put an add in some Chicago newspaper to look for the sisters and their families. Nobody answered. Most grateful for any kind of help, Eva Zetterberg Pihl
